1st and 3rd messages - not broken and 8 lines long. 4 syllables/3/4/3/4/3/4/3. 2nd and 4th messsages - broken and 3 lines long. 8/8/8. I think there was a bit more to it than just talking in single syllables... It wasn't incorrec in the 3rd message, 1st message not broken, but follows pattern above, 2nd broken and follows 8 syllable 3 line, so forth. I hope our first questions was 8 lines long and had 4,3,4,3,4,3,4,3 syllables, because looking at it this way, I think this is the solution. –twilight

I don't know why you waited so long to tell us that Twilight. And I don't know why MaxFli had to jump the gun. Ensign said he could do it and then I and Maxfli gave him the go ahead and then Maxfli just takes it upon himself to give it a try. What a waste. We could have won $20. I knew that Twilight would be able to eventually figure it out, but I also figured since Ensign isn't one of us and is working for Dept 309 he might know something more than we know. But Maxfli had to do it his way. Has anyone checked to see if Maxfli's questions match Twilight's theory? I'll be glad when this episode is over and we can just take the final xquiz. –tsarina
Well I have to apologize for messing that up. I knew the pattern and there had been no sign of ensign. In regards to the question I got wrong it was merely a mistake and nothing to do with not knowing how to do it properly. Like I said, I am sorry that I got it wrong, I was just trying to get 'SOME' money out of this challenge when it looked like Ensign was perhaps not going to show up. Also Twilight posted that when she had it figured out. At least she took the time to try and work on the challenge, and came up with something useful. We should thank her. Rag on me all you want, by this point I couldn't really care less about your opinion but leave Twilight out of this. She doesn't deserve it. –maxfli

Even though we've already asked the questions, I think we should think of extra questions just in case the person doesn't answer our questions correctly. It never hurts to have a backup plan. We need the money badly, so it won't be a hassle. –raven

It says that we need to get the answers to those three questions, but it doesn't say that there is a limit on the number of questions that we can ask. So by all means Ensign use your other questions.
