challenge #18 preparations

Hi, axthemole, producer here. We have currently found three leads where the missing agents may be found. All of these landscapes should seem familiar in some sense but as always, things are not always what you should expect. Although the pathways may seem similar, don't expect walls, bombs or mines to be in the same exact place as before. Before you can enter a maze to search for a missing agent, you must complete a puzzle completely correct. If you do not complete the puzzle before the end of the challenge, you may not even gain entry to enter the maze. There are three sets in all, each of varying difficulty: easy, medium and hard. As there is not much time to spare, it is suggested that each agent take a different lead so that we can search all possible leads. When you find something, you may be required to make a choice. I hope you make the correct decision. And choose wisely who you send on each maze, this may affect the entire game... Please nominate yourselves for one of the three mazes. A possible $31 could be won if everything is completed to make the grand total $102 out of $250 possible. PriceWaterhouse didn't make it easy for you guys this time...I just hope you bring those two fools back safe and sound. –axthemole

I will take the difficult one unless someone objects. –joel

I will either take the difficult or the medium. –jeff

Hopefully Alison will be done work soon enough and then we can make some progress on this challenge. I feel as if we can really do well on this with the people that we have left. Lets win some last minute money for the pot! –joel

Do you think she would be upset if we just assign her the "easy"? –jeff

No, I mean she did say she would be working and that we could go ahead. I say we go for it. –joel

So I guess you and I just have to figure out which is doing the "difficult".....I guess you can have it if you think you are up to it. –jeff

I'll take easy! No problem... Although, to be honest, I wanted a tougher one! I like the braintwisters! But you guys are better at them. I know when to let go of my pride....:( boo hoo.... Just kidding, btw...Final Answer! I agree on taking the easy route! –alison

K Alison......Joel disappeareed, and we have yet to decide which one of us is taking which. Should we just post it anyway? –jeff

Where'd ya go Joel! You kinda have to be here for this to work!!!!!!! (this is all being said in playful fun voice, I'm in a mood today) PLEASE!!! Come back, we won't bite... Will we Jeff? YOU CAN WEAR THE BLUE TOGA TONIGHT!!! –alison

Woo, the blue toga! I am back here for that!! –joel

Yup, blue! Jeff gets the black one, because I'm feeling pinkish today... -alison

Final List:
Difficult: Joel
Medium: Jeff
Easy: Alison –jeff

OUCH! What a blow to my self esteem. I know I am good with brain teasers and puzzles, sometimes I overthink them though, and I take too long. I know they are better than I am, but I don't want the cybermole in charge of the challenge worth the most money. I don't even know, what happens.... If there are 2 missing agents, and 3 mazes, then one person isn't going to find anything... How can we win all 3 mazes to win the money? They have to be worth different amounts.... For all I know I could be in charge of the important one........no pressure..... I hope the cybermole is in charge of the one worth NOTHING!!! God I hope it isn't based on the 3 of us ALL getting it right, or we could be in some MAJOR, MAJOR trouble... -alison(confessional)
