final interview: joel

1. What was your favorite moment of the entire project?

My favorite moment....hmm....that's a tough one, I think the last execution when I didn't see my name was a pretty good feeling as I was not sure that I was going to be ok. I think that some of the challenges were a lot of fun, I really enkyed the clock challenge at the start and I think I didn't really have one specific favorite moment but that the game in general was a good time.

2. Is there anyone you would have rather seen in the final three instead of you?

Instead of me? Well I mean if I HAD to be eliminated I would have liked to see Li make it. Other than that no.

3. Who were your favorite people of the project?

Project Li and Alison. Li because she was so nice and really was at such a disadvantage because of the time difference. Alison because of her personality and because she pulled one over on me the whole game without being mean about it. She has played the Cybermole game the absolute best.

4. Were there any surprising executions during the game, and if so, how did it affect you?

I was shocked when Sandee was eliminated. I was certain that she was the CyberMole and to still be in the game after guessing her on so many X-Quizzes feels like dumb luck. I think that it is only because individuals thought I was the CYberMole that I am still in the game. When Sandee was gone I felt very confused again, and I am still not 100% confident that I know now who the CyberMole is.

5. Do you believe that any of the Execution Exemptions truly did save a person from execution or do you think they only helped put someone at ease during the night?

I have no idea whether these were helpful or not. I certainly appreciated mine when I got it and it might have saved my life at that point. I am VERY curious as to whether Jeff's Exemption in the Final Four helped him. I guess I will find out eventually.

6. Do you think that anyone has helped you get this far, if so, who and how did that person help you?

No one has helped me, and if I lose now I can lose at least knowing that I played the game without anyone dragging me along. I think everyone else left in the game can say the same thing. The alliances that were around did not help anyone.

7. Who do you think worked the hardest the entire project to get far?

Umm probably Sandee and Mike in general, but Jeff really excelled near the end as well.

8. Who do you think did not work very hard to get far in the game and managed to get by on luck or other circumstances?

I am sure everyone else will say me , but I think everyone really wanted to make it far and regardless of what happened in challenges etc worked really hard to get as far as they did.

9. Is there any person you did not like during the project, if so do you think that this was due to the nature of the project or is it just because your personalities simply do not match?

I didn't like Michael and Sandee but I think that was a mutual thing and to be honest I don't know what happened between us. I think that one challenge that was done to insult each other had a part in this but I am sure that wasn't everything. To me it really showed how peopl felt about me, and that was enough to close me down emotionally to those people.

10. Are you the cybermole?

I keep getting asked this. But sadly no I am not.....nice try though.
