a simple question yields answers regarding each's relics of the past. with each consequent answer, more is revealed about each other's pasts.

I wouldn't dare say party now. You know, episode 3 we all got to know each other really well and had a good time, because of that thread. Look at the amount of messages. I can't see why anyone would think about taking money away from the pot just because the word party was in the title of post. Won't do that again, but I thought we could post under this general boring conversation, and we can communicate just as well as before. This is the Main Board right, there were no rules about how much we communicate on the main board as far as I know. Sorry, this is my problem with authority popping up, but I don't think it was fair to even say anything like that, we were just trying to have fun when none of our hosts were paying any attention to us. I hope everyone is having a good day. I'm still waiting for the challenges and stuff... Anyone have any interesting piercings or tattoos? –alison

Good question. I don't have any tats, but I am extremely interested in piercing. However, my husband is really against them so I have to limit myself to my ears. I have two in my right lobe and four in my left. I really want to get my tragus pierced, but I've heard that it hurts a lot and I'm kind of a coward. If I ever lose enough weight I'm gonna get my bellybutton done. I'm also thinking of maybe a smilie or a tongue web piercing. I could probably hide those from my husband for awhile. BTW, I do all of my piercings myself. The first set of ear holes I had done with a gun and it hurt so bad I knew there had to be a better way so I devised my own system which hurts much less. Also, I did mine back in 1980, before it was cool, and all of my friends thought I was crazy with my multiple holes. –sandee

Only weird piercings I have is 4 holes in left and 1 in the right, all with the same size gold hoops (small-medium). Boring! But, my first time (age 8 with both right and left) was just my first time, but each additional left one is a meaningful one. My best friend and I split the cost of a full piercing for one each in our left... Then my highschool sweetheart decided to get one done (but only 1 ear) so I took the other side, and the last one is with the current man, he got the other one. –alison

I have a boring old hoop in my ear, but a guy can't do much with that anyway. I also have the Japanese symbols for honor, wisdom and courage tattooed down my left arm. –michael

Nothing here. Been contemplating getting a star tat on my lower back, but haven't done it. –jeff

No piercings or tatoos for me! -joel

Also! Right under the topic "Party Time" it says "Actually, just a play area, where we can all chat from scratch....." And from what I can recall, there was no mention of alcohol, or jumping on furniture, just talking about our favorite music. Speaking of that, what is everyone's favorite movie? Movie's are really my thing. My favorite is Final Destination... But I am loving A Walk To Remember... I have never cried at a movie before, I am pretty good at separating reality from fiction, but that movie got me so bad I was blubbering right from the start for some reason... Well, maybe 1/2 hour in, or so. –alison

I absolutely love Cyote Ugly! I'm also really big into the older teen movies like Grease, Dirty Dancing, (my uncle - Alfie Zappacosta, is on that soundtrack) The Breakfast Club, I love it all! –michael

My favorite movies all involve the Monty Python gang......but I also love three older movies..... Life with Father, Harvey, and The Black Stallion. Oh and Trick......cute movie. -jeff

Some of the movies I like:
Saving Private Ryan
Willow
Maverick -joel

I like all kinds of movies, but some of my faves are:
The Commitments - GREAT soundtrack to this!!
Sense & Sensibility (Emma Thompson version)
Adventures in Babysitting
16 Candles
Scrooge (the 1972 Albert Finney version) -sandee
